Terms & Conditions

Booking Confirmation: Payment of a deposit confirms the booking of entertainment services provided by Unreel Dance Entertainment for the specified event.
Deposit Amount: The deposit amount required to secure the booking is €300. This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable, except as outlined in section 5.
Payment Deadline: The deposit payment must be made within 14 days of receipt of this invoice to secure the booking. Failure to make the deposit payment by the specified deadline may result in the cancellation of the booking.
Payment Methods: Deposits can be paid via bank transfer to the bank account listed on the invoice.
Cancellation Policy: In the event of cancellation by the client, the deposit is non-refundable. However, if the cancellation is made at least 90 days prior to the event date, the deposit may be transferred to a rescheduled date within 12 months, subject to availability. In the event of cancellation
by Unreel Dance Entertainment, the deposit will be fully refunded within 14 days of notice of cancellation.
Changes to Booking: Any changes to the booking, including date changes, must be communicated to Unreel Dance Entertainment at least 30 days prior to the event date. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
Final Payment: The remaining balance for the service must be paid in full no later than 30 days after the service is delivered. Failure to make the final payment by the specified deadline may result in the cancellation of the booking, and the deposit will be forfeited.
Service Provision: Unreel Dance Entertainment will provide the agreed-upon entertainment services as outlined in communication with the client. Any additional services requested on the event day may incur additional charges.
Client Responsibilities: The client is responsible for providing: including but not limited to adequate space for performance, access to sound equipment, and any necessary permits or licenses required for the event.
Liability: Unreel Dance Entertainment will not be liable for any damages, injuries, or losses incurred during the provision of entertainment services.
Force Majeure: Unreel Dance Entertainment shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under this agreement due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government regulations, and labour disputes.
Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ireland. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be subject to
the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Ireland.
By paying the deposit, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions for booking entertainment services provided by Unreel Dance Entertainment at their event.
